I've been a Brook Ambassador for almost a decade now. Brook is my charity of choice, because what they do is close to my heart: they fight on behalf of young people for their right to lead happy and fulfilling sexual and emotional lives.

I'm not the best runner, and this will be the longest distance I have ever covered - so I'm quite nervous about that - but I hope that I manage to complete the race in good time, and raise lots of money for a great cause. Please support it if you can, every £ counts. Thank you. 💜

Brook believe that young people should have access to great sexual health services and wellbeing support. Brook has been at the forefront of providing this, and sexual health support, for young people for over 50 years. Their services in local communities, their education programmes, their training for professionals, and their campaigning work, means that young people are better equipped to make positive and healthy lifestyle choices.
