Yo it's the Zo.

Hitting up little foggy London town to catch Tetanus in the Thames, go for some saddle sore cycling and finish off with a few blazing blisters.

For all that pain I'm hoping to gain some dosh to support a charity that does some incredible things researching, preventing and supporting people living with a disease that will unfortunately affect everyone in some way, shape or form.
