As you all know Taylor's story by now you all know that he spent 3.5 months in Harlow NICU before he came home. This was his 4th Hospital he would stay at during his 1st 7months of life. With out the nurses and medical team here Taylor could have had a different outcome. They showed me how to care for his every need, specially his stoma! Which I was petrified of!! They made him big and strong, they showed him love, special nurses such as Minoutie and Catherine who would care for Taylor, were like surrogate mums to Taylor during the times I couldn't be there. He loved his cuddles with Minoutie! They discovered one of his heart conditions, if they never found this, it may never have been picked up and we'll who knows what may have happened. The. His 2nd heart condition would not have been found either. Not only were the team there for Taylor but they also offers great support to me and my family! Thank you to you all!
This unit is amazing, as a way of saying thank you I will be walking 5 miles with 150 other people to raise as much money as possible to help this wonderful place. If you can spare any money big or small please donate!!
