Its official May 19th I'll be putting on the boxing gloves and getting in the ring for the CRN Fight Night! For this I'll be raising money for Equation this is a small charity that works with the whole community to reduce the impact of domestic abuse & sexual violence. Sadly this is something close to my heart and would love to give something back to say thank you for all the hard work the do.

Worryingly 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have experienced some form of physical violence by an intimate partner.
1 in 7 women and 1 in 25 men have been injured by an intimate partner.

On average the police in England & Wales receive over 100 calls relating to domestic abuse every hour!

If you would like to donate anything and help a girl out I would appreciate it so much! It will make the endless amounts of training and the lack of chocolate & crisps so much more worth it and keep the motivation going!
