As many of you know, Ossie is a member of the 2nd Croydon Scouts Group (Goldfinch Pack).  This is a truly fabulous organistaion run by a group of amazing people.  Ossie thoroughly enjoys Cubs, being part of this group has really boosted his confidence and self esteem.  He has had wonderful opportunities to try new activities such as Kayaking, using a Climbing Wall, Orienteering and Archery; things that without this Group he wouldn't have had access to.

I, and a handful of like minded parents and Group Leaders have decided to take on the challenge of a 2 day, 52 mile trek across the North Downs to try and raise funds for the 2nd Croydon Scouts.  The need for new resources and equipment for the packs is ongoing.  There have also been refurbishments to 'the Den' to make it a safer and more inviting place for all; an investment that now needs to be addressed.
