Story
Assalamu Alaikum, wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
My name is Zenum Bashir, ﷽, with the consent & intention - I would like to raise money in aid of my late brother, Kadir Bashir who returned back to Allah ﷻ at the young age of 32 years old, on 30/04/2016. As a Sadaqah Jariyah with SYF Relief, I am creating this fundraiser in Kadir’s name, to build a water well so you can donate too and reap the rewards in this beautiful and blessed holy month of Ramadan.
إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Kadir was a very kind, loving and caring son, a supportive and protective brother, and a giving and generous man. He was the most humblest of people I have ever known, he was funny and smart and had not a single bad bone in his body. What he wanted for himself, he wanted for others. It would hurt him, to hurt anyone else in this world. A beautiful smile and face I couldn’t never forget. Allah ﷻ had better plans for him and May his grave be wide, light and full of happiness. May Allah ﷻ be pleased with him and forgive him for any his shortcomings.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
”Whoever fulfilled the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfil his needs.”
[Bukhari]
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for 3 things: Sadaqah Jariyah, Knowledge which is beneficial or a Righteous descendant who prays for him (the deceased).” (Sahih Muslim).
• We aim to make a Water Well as Sadaqah Jariyah on our brothers name Kadir Bashir, In Sha Allah. So that our beloved brother can receive a continuous reward in his grave. Please donate generously in this blessed month; May Allah Swt reward you all for your efforts, Ameen. 🤎
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was asked “Which charity is best?” He replied, “[Providing] water”. [Abu Dawud].
