Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am asking all of my wonderful family and friends to donate what they would have spent on a Christmas Gift for me, to the John Taylor Hospice instead.

It is the 15th Anniversary of my Mom's death 'Avis' this year, the 10th Anniversary of my Step-Mom's death 'Janice' and the 40th Anniversary of the John Taylor Hospice. My family have had a long connection with the John Taylor Hospice as my Nan 'Lucy' and Step-Grandad also passed away there.

All the staff at the John Taylor Hospice did their very best to make every moment matter to each member of my family, at the end of their lives, when it mattered most. The care and consideration given to us all, was incredible. We will always be indebted to the John Taylor Hospice.

Christmas is a time for giving, so if you can donate any amount whatsoever, I would be ever so grateful and it's a humbling thought to think that our fundraising will help to ease the personal cost of illness and death to those who are suffering, at what should be the happiest time of the year.

Thank you in anticipation and may I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Love Zena x
