Anyone who knows me will know how much I dislike anything that requires exerting energy, or sweating in extreme cases. But over the years I've known people affected by cancer-thankfully some have come through it, but unfortunately others haven't. So pushing my limits and breaking a sweat (and hopefully nothing else) is the least I can do to contribute to MacMillan.
