I currently work for an amazing Children's Community Nursing Team looking after children with long term conditions and complex health needs.

A lot of these children and their families receive support from the equally amazing staff at Claire House and attend for respite holidays with and without their families, days out or simply home visits to support parents and the children.  Claire House also provides end of life care and on-going bereavement support for parents and siblings. 

We are doing this with our little ones (and not so little one's)to give a little back and to enable Claire House to continue to provide the outstanding support and care for many years to come!
