6. All orphans and hafiz students and their family
   gets free treatment and medicine from zam zam medical centres
7. General people also has access to zam zam free
   medical and treatment and medicine
8. Zam zam has 4 medical centre and 1 lab
9. Quran learning arrangement all ages and now its
   taking place place through zoom
10. Zam zam providing training  for computer learning, sewing machine,
    electronic work, spoken English learnig centre.
