Story

Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page :-)

I'm Zampa The Lion, the mascot of Millwall FC, who play at The Den in south London, which is also my home! I'm going to be running the London Marathon on 17th April 2011, for Everyman charity. They help to stamp out male cancer, which Millwall FC and many football players are keen supporters of. I hope to raise at least £6,000. Last year I ran the London Marathon in a time of 5 hours 17 minutes, raising nearly £15,000 for Everyman (www.justgiving.com/zampathelion). Last year I also made a World Record Attempt for the Fastest Marathon as a Mascot. Unfortunately I didn't get it, but this year I will make an even bigger effort and will get it!! My target is 4 hours and 15 minutes.

Everyman Appeal

RCN exempt charity status
Everyman is an appeal run by The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR). Every year some 10,000 men lose their lives to prostate cancer and over 2,000 others have their world turned upside down by a diagnosis of testicular cancer. These men are the reason we are fundraising for male specific cancers.
