A team of volunteers will be heading out to Uganda in summer 2023 to assist with transforming an empty field at a local school into an exciting new playgrounds bursting with colour and fun, leaving a legacy for children to learn and develop essential life skills and nurture their physical, psychological and social development through the language they know best - Play!

In order to fundraise for my volunteering with Play Action International I will be undertaking the Hackney Half Marathon on the 21st of May. Running a half marathon is something I have always wanted to undertake and by raising money for Play Action International it is giving me the opportunity to raise money for a great cause.
