Hi guys,

As you all know I am Zaahid Jukaku and in an effort to raise funds my mother and I will be doing a 5 mile walk/run and I will be shaving my head on the 25th of May.

As we all know, India is battling with Covid-19 far worse than what we imagined. Shortages of Oxygen, vaccines, hospital beds, infrastructure and proper facilities has led to a humanitarian crisis across the country. People are dying on the streets waiting to receive treatment and families not having space to bury/cremate their own loved ones.

I am tying up with Ummah Welfare Trust as they have a 100% donations policy and they need our help to provide

• Oxygen concentrators to local community hubs.
• Life saving ventilators for hospitals and clinics.
  
• Beds to makeshift hospitals.
  
• Financial support to cover hospital fees for poor patients.
  

It says in the Quran: {5-Surah Al-Ma'idah, Ayah 32} 

"and who ever saves a life, it will be as if they saved all of mankind."

In this blessed month of Ramadan, let us not lose this opportunity to give to those who need it more than we do.
