Yep that's right.... Always up for a challenge... Can barely run 5k at the moment so time to get training hard... On October 11th 2015 I will be joining a further 399 other fools who have also signed up for the challenge to climb the stairs of all three buildings - The Gerkin, Salesforce Tower and 200 Algersgate (that’s over 2,000 steps in total), with a casual 5k run between each ‘peak’ ­– before committing to the final task: a 56-metre abseil down the outside of 200 Aldersgate.
