My lovely Grandad passed away in January this year after having been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease for some years. We all loved him very much and in his honour we would like to help Parkinson's UK. The charity are working to raise awareness and in particular improve treatment and outcomes for Parkinson's patients in hospital and ensure that the importance that they get their medication on time is widely understood.
