Last year I had a go at the Manchester 10k and it was really encouraging how much money we were able to raise  to help the teams in Africa. Thanks to some good friends I have continued running and now  want  to run a half marathon for the first time. It will be a challenge but still fun  so help me persevere by giving some money to help educate  young men and women about HIV/AIDS.
