Join hundreds of skinny dippers celebrating nature and freedom in a mass skinny dip as the sun rises over the North Sea on Equinox Sun 19th Sept 2021, The event will also raise funds and mental health awareness for Tyneside and Northumberland Mind

Story

Jamie and I will be up and at the beach before sunrise. Along with hundreds of others (nearly 800 in 2019 when the event last took place), we’ll strip off and run into the freezing sea. We’ll be doing it for MIND. Yes!
