I have decided to challenge myself and step out of my comfort zone to raise money for the Stroke Association because it is currently very close to home. My mother in law recently suffered a stroke in August and she is making a good recovery in Maldon Hospital. A stroke can have devastating effects and can change lives in a heartbeat. This charity does some fantastic work and I would like to do my bit for a very worthwhile cause.
