Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page I am walking 50km (32 Miles) for charity on 9th September to raise money for the Samaritans. Personally getting out in the fresh air does wonders for my mental health which like many has suffered over the past few years with Covid and other personal circumstances.  Too many people still take their own lives without getting the support they need so the work of the Samaritans is so important
