Yousef Foudeh is simply the kindest and most generous person I have ever known. A larger than life human being with the purest heart. He befriended people from all walks of life and from all backgrounds. So many of us regard him as our best friend because whenever he was with any of us he made us feel very special and  he was always there for us in the good and bad times. If you needed Yousef, you can always bet that he will be there for you. Yet, it never crossed his mind to ask for anything in return or to personally gain from any friendship. Yousef is simply the glue that keeps every group together. Has  a truly unique gift to turn any situation (no matter how tragic) and any gathering to a happy occasion. 

We are not here to mourn his loss but to celebrate his life. He was obsessed with education, offered so much in his career and his personal life to education and he never ever treated anyone differently because of their background, gender, or  ethnicity. For these reasons,  I can't think of a better charity that honours his legacy.
