The Young Carers' project have decided to push themselves and take on the challenge of the Yorkshire Three Peaks! Everyday young carers deal with challenging and demanding roles looking after a loved one. Now, we want to conquer the grueling 24 mile Yorkshire Three peaks to raise money for the Young Carers' project. The project provides respite and emotional support for young carers aged 7-25.
