Story
Give a young person the gift of time:
Just £25 could pay for one hour of a Youth Support Coordinator's time so that a young person with cancer can talk about whatever's on the their mind and get support when anxiety and isolation feel overwhelming.
Give a young person the gift of expert nursing care:
Just £30 could pay for one hour of care from one of our expert nurses, who work tirelessly to support young people through cancer treatment - often when restrictions still mean their parents/carers can't be with them.
Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words "you have cancer". Teenage Cancer Trust puts young people in the best possible place, physically, mentally and emotionally, for their cancer treatment and beyond.
For over 30 years we've worked in partnership with the NHS to create cancer services for teenagers and young adults across the UK. We've built a network of 28 age-appropriate hospital wards and fund a dedicated team of over 100 nurses and youth support coordinators, who are experts in meeting the unique and complex needs of 13-24 yr olds with cancer. We're the only UK charity dedicated to providing this specialised nursing care and support.
