I volunteered myself to fundraise for Cancer Reaserch as part of Capita's Charity Program.

My adorable Mamita is now 89 years old. She won her battle against colon cancer a few years ago. Hopefully she will be able to visit me again before her 90's !! Meanwhile, I have decide to celebrate her heroism by coasteering the beautiful north coast!!!

Coasteering is cliff jumping, bouldering, climbing, belly flopping, rough treatment by waves, clambering and using the rugged coastline as an adventure playground.... oh dear ...
