Story

On 29th July, I will be hosting a Festival of Yoga at Cavendish Hall, Edensor. A day full of different styles of yoga to explore, all delivered by teachers from across the UK who will be sharing their joy of yoga. There are so many sessions to choose from including chair yoga, mindful eating (my fave), meditation, yoga outside and a yoga nidra (yogic sleep).

I will be attempting to participate in each of the sessions during the day and would love to be sponsored to do over 12 hours worth of yoga!

If you can't make the day, but still wish to donate, then please do so through this JustGiving page.

I have a personal connection with Huntington's Disease and have accessed the support the HDA provides, which has been invaluable at times of need. In order to keep their service accessible for all, I will be donating all profits from the Festival of Yoga plus this donation page to the charity.

The Huntington's Disease Association supports anyone who is affected by Huntington's disease across England and Wales. We pursue the best possible care; provide training & advice to families and professionals; raise awareness, and promote research towards better treatment and care.
