Come and join us for a day of yoga to raise funds for the Philippines Typhoon Appeal. 1st December at the Upper Hall, Cardiff City Hall. 10am-4pm.
Full day tickets £25. Half-day tickets £15 (10am-1pm or 1pm-4pm). PLEASE PUT IN YOUR MESSAGE whether you would like an am or pm ticket if coming for half day. Please also feel free to buy a full day ticket even if you plan to come for a portion of the day.

Please bring a picnic lunch to share in the main hall whilst enjoying some ambient tunes from Adrian and co
1315 afternoon session will start with a get up and go 'boomwhackers' session (we promise you'll love this!)
1330 Yoga with Tori
1430 Yoga with Rob
1530 - End. Kirtan yoga and meditation for peace with Cafe Atma
Children aged 12+ are welcome in the main hall with an adult. We also have some kids yoga:
10-1025 Ages 2-6 with Rach
1030-1100 Ages 7-11 with Rach
1330-1355 Ages 2-6 with Liz
1400-1430 Ages 7-11with Liz
Kids yoga is limited to 8 per session so please email in advance info@yogafever.co.uk. You are welcome to come to just the children's yoga and lunchtime music for a separate ticket price of £5 (includes 1 x adult and 2 children for the session). Face painting and cake also available!

We have other workshops planned depending on ticket sales. The more sales, more workshops!
