YMI is a community school project in a suburb of
Dakar, Senegal, West Africa. Our first priority is to help with the
nurture and care of local children from all faith or cultural
backgrounds who otherwise would receive little or no education. Having
established first a junior and then middle school our eventual goal is
to complete the educational cycle by creating a high school (Age 14 +).
As well as providing vital access to education within a safe and happy
environment there is special emphasis on giving equal opportunity to
both girls and boys.

Any donations you could give would be greatly appreciated and would make a difference. Just £25 would support one child for an entire school year.
