Story

On the 14 January 2019, I could no longer face living. I decided I no longer had the fight to cope with the pain of the deep darkness I was lost in, called Anxiety with Depression. Being dead would take that pain away..

A GP,  counsellor, my family and friends Including Ron's Runners, running club helped me to to find a light in that darkness.

I used to run regularly., that was until Anxiety with Depression got a hold of me. Most days getting out of bed was harder than running a marathon. Having a shower was like training for an Ultra marathon...

So,  I have  decided I am going to smash my way through the rest of the darkness by running every day for 100 days., starting on Tuesday 23 July 2019.

Hopefully the money I raise  will help someone smash through thier darkness.
