Shooting Star Chase is an incredible charity that supports families with children from babies up to the age of 21 with hospice care. They support families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement. They are a local charity based in London and Surrey and offer a bespoke service personalised to each individual's needs. Their support is free of charge and available 365 days a year.

It costs £10 million a year to support 700 families 365 days a year. We want to help to ensure that care is available for those who need it.
