We are a group of year 12 Sixth Form Health and Social Care students who want to make a huge difference to this charity. We have been trying to raise as much money as we possibly can through various advertisement and activities. For example, we have been running cupcake sales, assemblies just to try and get the word around in order to do all we can to help the Hamelin Trust. The Hamelin Trust is an organisation that helps and supports people with learning disabilities and their families.

It would be very appreciated if you could give a kind donation as this will immensely benefit the lives of many young people and their families.
