On June 22nd I will don skintight neoprene (sorry, had you just eaten?), jump into the icy depths of Lake Windermere, and attempt to swim 2 miles. Someone, somewhere may as well benefit from my insanity, so here goes...

Joking aside, my family has seen two great men brought low by Parkinson's Disease, and I've treated people who suffer from it; I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, so I can think of few better causes to support.
