Story
I joined Camp Fire Columbia 5+ years ago because I was impressed with their leadership and saw a need in our community for their important work. Since then, it has become more personal. I leave meetings and visits to Camp Namanu grateful for the intention, love, and knowledge each person at the organization gives in providing a safe and inspiring community for the youth they serve. Camp Fire believes in the potential of every young person to find their spark, and invests in developing their potential to change the world- it is that core value that inspires my continued love and support for the organization.
I am fundraising for Camp Fire Columbia and Camp Namanu because they help youth find their Spark, lift their voice, and discover who they are.Two years into this global pandemic that shut down schools and support services, we need to show up right now, and in a big way, for our youth! I will be 40 in just a few weeks and have made a goal of raising $4,000. Will you join me in jumpstarting this goal this holiday season by making a gift today?
