People who know me will know that I can't run to save my life. So as a challenge to myself and to help children who are not as fortunate as me, I have decided to run on behalf of "Save the Children" 

During my last few months I have come to the realisation that there are many many children out there in the world who don't get to live lives like we do in the west. I have seen children with my own eyes who have literally no food or clean water to live. Yet we in our materialistic lives have so much excess which we don't need. 

So me punishing myself to train for this run is the least that I can do to help. The least that you can do is donate some of your money for a worthy cause. The worst that can happen is that you don't get to have that Nandos or that night out on the weekend. 

We should always look up to people who are greater then us in acts of goodness and always look at people who are worse of then us in terms of materialism. That way we will always appreciate what we have yet strive to become better people.
