On Sunday, 10 July 2011, I completed the 10 km Partnership Walk held at the Old Football Fields, Hyde Park.

The sponsorship monies will go to the Aga Khan Foundation (United Kingdom), a non-denominational charity dedicated to improve living conditions and opportunities for disadvantaged people regardless of their particular religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. The proceeds from this year's Walk & Run will help communities affected by the devastating 2010 floods in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral, a northern and remote part of Pakistan, to rebuild their lives. We have been fortunate in obtaining donations from supporters to meet the cost of this event. So 100% of your sponsorship will go towards helping some of the poorest families in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral.
