After the success of last year's Reindeer Run, which raised a staggering £1,940 (plus Gift Aid) for local charity Teesside Hospice, all children from Nursery to Y6 will once again be putting on their antlers and red noses to raise money for this very worthy cause. The run will be taking place on Thursday 16 December 2021. 

The children were recently visited by Channon from Teesside Hospice, who explained to them the difference that donations can make to the lives of local families. 

Teesside Hospice continues to change lives across Teesside by supporting people and families who have been affected by terminal illness. However, they cannot do this alone. 

Each year it costs £3.2 million to support over 3000 people across Teesside. Grants and NHS funding cover around a third of this, but the rest is reliant upon the generosity of individuals, organisations, businesses and foundations. It costs Teesside Hospice £7,000 each day to keep this incredible service running. 

If you would like to support the children in their challenge, all donations, however big or small will be greatly appreciated.
