Impetus transforms the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by ensuring they get the right support to succeed in school, in work and in lifeWe are a driving force behind great charities, helping them deliver the right support to more young people. We do this by providing them with a unique package of funding, management and pro bono support. Together, we can close the gaps in education and employment between disadvantaged young people and their better-off peers, for good.

This year Xtrac are entering two teams in the Kirkland & Ellis Olympic Relay Triathlon, and hope to improve one step better than the 2^nd place our team achieved in 2019!  We are looking forward to competing in this fantastic event, which as well as being enjoyable is helping to raise significant funds to transform the life of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in the UK.
