As you might know it's been a tough three years - I've lost two family members to cancer (mother and oldest brother) and last year I was treated for breast cancer.

So, it seemed time to do something in response, to help all those who come after me. 

In July I am riding the Prudential RideLondon 100 mile race to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Yesterday was my first day back on a bike in 10 or so months. So, it's going to be an interesting few months. But it's for a good cause.
