Story

It’s time to dust off your hats & broomcycles and ride through the streets, haunting young goblins, while spreading black magic and candy along the parade route. Dress in your fright-night finest and invite family and friends to watch the amazing spectacle as the witches descend on Western Springs, and raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and NW Indiana!

  • Witches will congregate at the Presbyterian Church of Western Springs (53rd & Lawn) at 4:00 to prepare for the parade to begin at 4:30
  • We will ride, cackle, and toss candy to all goblins throughout the streets of Western Springs (see map in gallery)
  • The Witching Hour will commence immediately after the ride at Salerno's of Western Springs
  • Our goal is to have fun, bring joy to our neighborhood monsters, and raise money for a great cause!
  • A donation of any amount registers you for the event
  • Please share with family and friends to help make this event the best it can be!

About the charity

We believe when a child is sick, a family is sick. We exist so families can get better together. Each night, we keep 172 families close to their hospitalized child through our Ronald McDonald Houses and Ronald McDonald Family Rooms, enabling families to access the care their child needs.
