We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.
Story
So as you can see we have hit our target of £20,000!!!! It took us 5 years but we finally did it. It was tough at times but an experience we will never forget. Our Dad would have been proud of us I’m sure and if it had not been for Alzheimer's I’m sure he would still be with us today. Sadly you have to deal with what life throws at you and make the very best of what you have and while we miss our Dad and Mum immensely we do, however, have that wonderful sense of achievement of reaching our goal, which sometimes seemed an extremely long way off. But we did it and, we have, hopefully, done something substantial in the fight against a disease which can leave you feeling that you have no way of fighting back.
None of this would have been possible without your help though, so we would like to say a sincere thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your efforts, hard work, your time and of course all of your generous donations!!
Hopefully, there will be a cure for this terrible disease in the not too distant future and it will be banished from mankind forever.
This will be our final post so please watch the video below and remember with us our amazing Alzheimer’s journey.
Thank you.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
