Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am once again entering the World Coal Carrying Championship. Why? Well because 4 members of my family have now been taken by this horrendouse disease. Christina can't join me this year due to an ankle injury.
Neil, my cousin, was only 34 when he died from Motor Neurone Disease, he and his wife, Louise, invited documentary filmmakers into their home during the last few months of Neils life. This film has now been selected for festivals around the world and will be screened worldwide on MND awareness day on 21st June 2013.
Neils blog is also being re-issued with new comments from Louise, 4 year on. See the trailer to the documentary and Neil's blog by visiting www.iambreathingfilm.com webiste.
Currently there is precious little treatment, let alone a cure to Motor Neurone Disease, therefore all monies raised will go directly into research.
Thank you so much for visiting my site, any donation you can make really will make a difference, no matter how small,
Thank You,
Jill XX
