Story
Throughout June, we (the members of Worcester Vigornia Rotary Club); supported by some of our friends and family are aiming to walk or run 6 Million steps between us.
As a team, we are planning to make our way (virtually) around the English Coastal Path, covering just under 3,000 miles (or roughly 6
million steps) over the 30 days; to raise money for Worcester Samaritans & Relate Worcestershire.
As a Club, we can’t be together right now, so we’re taking on a challenge as an united group, to provide two great causes in our city – Samaritans and Relate, with some much needed support at this difficult time.
Both charities do amazing work to provide support and advice for people at times of real distress and need. When perhaps they have no one else to turn to.
Please help us support these two great causes, who are working so hard at this difficult time in order to support people in our city now and after lockdown.
*Please note our fundraising page for Relate Worcestershire is on VirginMoneyGiving
Time to get walking/jogging/running!
