Commit to the knit on Friday 10th February and make a stand against homelessness. Pull on your woolly hat this winter and help bring local homeless people in from the cold. Turning Tides much-loved annual fundraiser is back! The West Sussex homelessness charity is calling on the community to don their favourite woolly hat and raise vital funds to support local people with no place to call home. As living costs increase food and financial poverty continue to rise, therefore more people are facing the trauma of homelessness. Turning Tides Day centres have seen the number of people coming to them for support doubling in recent months doubling. There are so many things to overcome. Getting water, getting food, and keeping warm can be really hard.' Frank who has been supported by Turning Tides. The whole community is invited to take part and raise awareness, together we can make a stand against homelessness.
