Story

This is my next step in distance running career (Last year I ran the British 10k) Now I am running the Cardiff half marathon for the amazing charity that is SOS Africa.

SOS Africa is a small, non-profit, volunteer-run charitable organisation, which funds the education and care of underprivileged African township children. Visit their website for more info on the incredible work these guys are doing http://www.sosafrica.com/

This will be the biggest physical challenge of my life with many hours of training but It will all be worth it if you could just give whatever you can to the futures of underprivilged children.

A big thank you to all my colleagues at Lloyds who donated.
