WoMos, let's all pull together and do will 10,000 Steps a Day in May for Refuge. 

On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the essentials she needs for her first night. Every £1 makes a difference. 

The pandemic has seen an increase in the number of calls to domestic violence helplines.  The numbers are horrific.  The work Refuge can do to help women in need is essential.
