Every five minutes in the UK someone experiences rape, attempted rape, or sexual assault. 15% of girls and 5% of boys have experienced sexual violence by the time they are sixteen.The Survivors Trust is the only UK and Ireland-wide umbrella agency for specialist organisations supporting all survivors of rape, sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse. Our core aim is to ensure that society supports all survivors effectively and takes responsibility for ending sexual violence. Help us to achieve this.

Women’s empowerment weekend is a weekend full of zoom sessions held by women to raise awareness and raise money for the survivors trust. We are coming together to support and empower each other over these 2 days of classes/workshops, it is an inclusive weekend welcoming all who identify as a woman! We are offering 12 different sessions that you can take part in from meditation, yoga, singing, dancing, fitness, sharing experiences and so much more!
