Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Our Women's Connect has been fundraising for MNDA since Robert was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease and we started with donating money some of us had saved in lockdown.  Now we have organised a fundraising afternoon tea in Buckingham Parish Church and we are really grateful to the wonderful women's connect team for organising it, and all those supporting it.

Robert was diagnosed on 6 May 2020 and sadly died on 29 April 2021 and as a group we wanted to raise funding for MNDA to fund research to find a cure for MNDA that devastates the lives of those with the disease and their heartbroken families.  Robert is much loved and missed by family and friends, and many described him as a gentle man, who was kind and caring and very bravely lived with MND.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
