For the whole of December I will be taking on the challenge to run 5K a day, in a month I will cover 96.1 Miles this is to raise awareness around Domestic abuse. 

My goal is to raise £75 by Christmas, this would help x2 women escape domestic abuse and give them the support they need to rebuild their lives.

Domestic abuse and controlling behaviour doesn’t stop during lockdown. Infact, since March, the rise of domestic abuse has been staggering and has left services overwhelmed.
