Sometimes our feelings can help, but sometimes they hinder and prevent us all from achieving all that we are capable of. As many as one in six young people between the ages of 16 and 24 have experienced a mental health issue. And the anxieties of a global pandemic mean that its even tougher to deal with an uncertain and changing world.
Fight For All The Feels is about helping young people to feel confident in speaking up safely about how they're feeling and raising vital funds for those who need support. No child or young person should feel like they are isolated and alone and no one should be afraid or shamed to speak out. Fight for All the Feels is addressing the issue of youth mental health head-on. Through our innovative Forward Thinking Birmingham (FTB) service at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust, were providing a range of mental health services to the 0-25 year old's across the city who need them most.
