The night of May 15th will be the fourth year that I will be taking part in the marathon Moonwalk, a 26.2 mile course around central London. All the money raised goes towards breast cancer causes such as the Scalp Cooling project in NHS hospitals, the Penny Brohn Cancer Care centre in Bristol, funding research into the benefits of acupuncture in relieving fatigue in cancer patients and two new research projects involving the setting up of a huge information database and an International Genome Consortium which is concerned with the search for genetic links to breast cancer.

Donating through this web site means that where Gift Aid is eligible that bit extra goes directly to the charity. I know lots of people take part in challenges at this time of year to raise money for charity, and I am extremely aware of inevitable sponsor fatigue. However, I am simply asking you to make a gesture towards my fundraising for a charity very close to my heart, and I really appreciate your support however small.
