If you work as a 'frontline' NHS worker such as a Nurse, Dr or NHS Care Worker then you just need to complete the form and you do not need to pay the £25. You will need to provide evidence of your role for the NHS during a time of national emergency and unprecedented events that are affecting all of our lives. We hope this makes a small different to both the winners and of course the NHS. 

So how did this start? 

Andy Griffiths Photography came up with the idea and approached the wedding and events team from Mottram Hall. We have since managed to get some of the best wedding suppliers in the country to give their services for free for one lucky couple to get married at the wonderful Mottram Hall in order to raise money for the NHS.

Evening Band - The Midnight Cats - one of the leading wedding bands in the North West. Playing two 45 minute sets & the first dance if you wish.

Registry - Your ceremony will be conducted by Cheshire East Council. You will need to contact your local registry office to give notice - more information will be given to whoever wins.

Rockside Holidays  offering a romantic 3 night cottage stay in their West Wales holiday home in February 2021.

The small print

By entering this competition you agree to the following: 

• You must complete the contact form and donate £25 in order to be entered into the competition. Please include your name on the just giving website. You will also need to provide email confirmation of your donation in order to win the wedding.
• If you work for the NHS as a front line NHS worker such as a Dr or Nurse you do not need to pay the £25. (However if you wish to do so great)
• Please follow all suppliers on Instagram & Facebook
• The date is non negotiable due to the availability of all suppliers
• If for any reason the wedding is delayed the new date will be on the availability of the venue and suppliers. No supplier is held accountable if they are unable to commit to a new wedding date. But all efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement if necessary.
• You are able to increase the amount of guests to your wedding based on you paying for more guests. Please discuss this directly with Mottram Hall & all relevant suppliers.
• You are able to book extra rooms the night before or on your wedding day, please speak to Mottram Hall directly – this is subject to availability.
• You will be sent the contact details of all suppliers & will need to arrange everything separately. Andy Griffiths Photography takes no responsibility for indivudal suppliers
• Some suppliers are not based in Cheshire and as such you will need to travel to those suppliers in order to confirm everything where needed, such as choosing your wedding dress.
• Where you have everything listed above, from all suppliers, if you wish to add anything to the package you can do this and you will need to speak to each supplier individually where appropriate.
• All money raised will go directly to the Association of NHS Charities, who raises money for NHS charities to enhance patient care. The Charity Registration No is –  1186569
• Andy Griffiths nor any other supplier will receive any money from the running of this competition.
• By entering the competition you agree for the wedding to be promoted on all suppliers websites, social media and any other form of advertising including the press/ media.
• By entering this competition –  in line with GDPR you agree to the suppliers contacting you in relation to this competition & other promotional activities.
• If the wedding is cancelled for any reason the suppliers are not liable for any monies and a new date will be agreed between the suppliers. You are not entitled to any money in place of any supplier, where the wedding may be postponed and other suppliers are not available – you may have to find your own replacement.
• You will need to give notice to your own local registry office in order to legally get married. This costs £35 per person and is a government requirement.
• If you have already booked your wedding at Mottram Hall, you are unable to enter this competition.
• If you have paid a deposit on any supplier these payments are non refundable or transferable.
• Other terms and conditions may apply with each supplier – they will contact you in due course once the winner is announced.
