Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 12th to 17th September I'll be taking part on the second annual David Eales Memorial Ride from London to Amsterdam. David Eales sadly passed away last year after a sudden and short illness with Toxic Epidermal to Necrolysis (TEN's) disease otherwise known as Stevens–Johnson syndrome (SJS). David was a great advocate for all the different aspects for cycling, from teaching people to ride, maintain and repair bikes of all different shapes and sizes. He was known as Mr Bike in the Ealing cycling community and highly respected in the London Borough of Hounslow for his contribution to cycling. I'll be riding a recumbent trike for the challenge, as I know that David would have done the ride on one if he was still with us, in away it's my tribute to him as a true friend.
